Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in a technology company.
- Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to navigate complexity and technical detail.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and clearly communicate key metrics.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, able to foster alignment across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of product and engineering projects, ensuring clear definition, prioritization, and alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Drive agile methodologies, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions to maintain team velocity.
- Ensure that all tickets and tasks are complete, actionable, well-documented, and clearly defined.
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, communicate clearly across teams, and implement proactive measures to keep projects on track.
- Interface closely with engineering and product teams to understand technical intricacies and manage complex technical dependencies effectively.
- Develop and maintain clear dashboards and metrics to accurately track progress, team velocity, and overall project health.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software development, engineering, or related technical field.
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
