Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or relevant degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in senior product leadership roles within successful enterprise software products in the Life Science & Healthcare market, generating $50M+ revenue
- Minimum 10 years experience building and leading high-performing product teams
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong execution focus and ability to develop solutions and strategies to further accelerate product growth in relevant markets
- Ability to foresee, interpret and rapidly respond to market changes by adjusting strategies and realigning priorities accordingly
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a track record of driving product growth
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in a highly matrixed organization as well as with external stakeholders
- Executive level interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully influence and quickly build credibility to maximize organizational growth and profitability
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and market trends
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and accountability
- Drive innovation by identifying market opportunities, conducting market research, and staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Define the product roadmap, ensuring that it meets customer needs, addresses market gaps, and aligns with the LS&H business objectives
- Work with strategy, marketing, sales, finance, legal, and other matrixed functions to deliver on product goals
- Champion a customer-centric mindset throughout the organization, gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions
- Manage the product budget and optimize resource allocation to maximize product team effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Publish a 6-12 month roadmap with a clear story and prioritized based on analytics
- Share roadmap story with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ship clear, concise releases that are understood internally and externally
- Monitor and share success metrics tied to your team’s releases
