Requirements
- Have a strong business acumen with a post-secondary degree in information systems, computer science or business administration and/or have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a business systems analyst.
- Previous experience in developing applications and/or QA testing with the ability to communicate functions and features.
- Open minded, strong communication skills and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Power suite applications

- Strong understanding IT landscape & infrastructure
- Have an understanding for the financial services industry and its products specifically Wealth products.
- Experience in the SDLC process either in developing or implementation.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to apply results of analysis.

Responsibilities
- Consult and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to better understand the technical intricacies of software applications.
- Create business documentation for executive leadership reporting by building narratives around data.
- Work with application SMEs and QA leads to support in program managing enterprise initiatives.
- Be a key player in discussions around system architecture, application issues and vendor system interactions.
- Support implementation of programs for enterprise initiatives and understand new emerging technologies to create business use cases for wealth management technology.
- Be a liaison between the information technology team and the business units around metric reporting of technology infrastructure statuses.
- Analyze data to identify trends, interdependencies among variables and be able to support in developing action plans and gaining agreement to solutions from all stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile methodology to streamline work processes.
- Flexibility to prioritize tasks as needed.
