Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing construction industry
- Knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance
- Computer literacy is a must
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Assist more senior Superintendents on the day-to-day responsibilities of multi-family residential and mixed-use construction projects
- Take responsibility and manage several components of the project
- Manage multiple scopes/trades within the project up to $49 million in size
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management preferred
