Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with engineering teams on software projects
- 5+ years in technical program/product management leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, TypeScript)
- Expertise in REST/GraphQL APIs, integration strategies, and API lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience with scalable system architecture and distributed systems
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical program execution, from scoping through launch
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to define roadmaps and deliver solutions
- Act as the single point of contact for project plans, risks, testing, and release readiness
- Manage agile practices, track key metrics, and proactively remove blockers
- Guide technical discussions and influence architectural decisions
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in program management and delivery processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GraphQL federation, API management platforms (e.g., Apollo, Wundergraph or AWS API Gateway)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of cloud-native development and API management platforms
