Requirements
- 8+ years experience in the people technology/ HR system space with expertise in multiple Workday functional modules (including but not limited to: HCM, Compensation, International Expansion, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Security, or Reporting)
- Experience creating scalable, innovative, global, hypergrowth technology solutions for a publicly traded company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex strategic technology initiatives through end to end SDLC including leading design sessions, creating technical requirements documents, architecting end to end solutions, and configuring within Workday, Greenhouse, and other technology systems.
- Understand stakeholder needs to proactively identify solutions while providing thoughtful advice that balances business needs with the development of innovative and scalable technology solutions.
- Identify and resolve process gaps and dependencies to transform the technology landscape, with a focus on user experience, data connections, and data integrity.
- Manage the intake, scope, and execution of technology improvements and modifications.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills by effectively managing technical requirements gathering, documentation, testing strategies, and technology transition plans, while guiding stakeholders through established standards.
- Continually seek opportunities to stay informed on emerging technology trends, particularly in AI, and broader industry changes to offer recommendations & insightful guidance.
