- 1 year of experience as a SDR or sales team lead or manager.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO.
- Track record of leading a successful team.
- Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment.
- Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 6-10 Sales Development Representatives.
- Coaching reps on strategy and technique.
- Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit.
- Partnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.
- Working with Channel Account Managers to drive business with our partners.
