Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in Training in an Inventory Control or Warehouse setting
- SAP experience is required
- Knowledge and understanding of computers, how they work, and how they come together
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages
Responsibilities
- Handle and train employees on Inventory Control
- Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
