Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working in or with other IC organizations
- 6+ years of experience with program management within programs or projects valued at over $10M
- 4+ years of experience supporting laboratory environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
- Project Management Professional Certification
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS, on-premise hardware, and cross-domain solutions
- Work closely with the client and other contractors to rapidly onboard, develop, and transition R&D projects from concept to operations
- Manage the effort’s schedule, cost, performance, and staffing for the duration of the contract
- Lead the Agile development of a project roadmap
- Establish project milestones and implement metrics to track progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in Business or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
