Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Health Admin
- Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) operations highly desired.
- Expertise in risk management, strategic problem-solving, and project execution.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
- Personnel must have or be eligible for Common Access Cards (CACs).
- Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Organize, direct, and manage complex contract operation support functions across multiple, inter-related project tasks.
- Manage and lead teams of contract support personnel across multiple locations.
- Maintain and manage client relationships at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans, deliverables, and overall program direction.
- Ensure compliance with program task schedules, milestones, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate challenges and streamline project operations.
- Perform key program management lifecycle tasks including status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Proactively engage and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of key program management documents such as the Transition-In Plan, Program Management Plan (PMP), and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
