Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a rigorous analytical environment (e.g., Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or similar)
  • Strong quantitative skills—comfortable with models, dashboards, and complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; preference to individuals who are also familiar with data and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau)
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize insights and communicate clearly at the executive level
  • Experience working with or supporting C-suite stakeholders, board-level deliverables, or high-stakes internal initiatives
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, strategic planning cycles, and operational reporting
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity, discretion, and a high degree of professional maturity

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff and ELT to advance key strategic initiatives across functions, regions, and workstreams
  • Lead data-driven analysis and business case development to inform prioritization and resource allocation
  • Build high-quality materials for executive and board-level reporting, including initiative updates, KPI dashboards, and performance narratives
  • Monitor cross-functional progress against goals—identifying risks, escalating issues, and surfacing interdependencies
  • Support the build-out of a PMO function, instilling rigour and accountability into strategic execution
  • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to inform executive decision-making across strategy and operation domains
  • Drive clarity and alignment on company priorities through structured frameworks and crisp communication
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, R&D, Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and People Ops teams to embed strategic insights into functional success
