Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience handling commercial legal and business matters in a contracts administrator, paralegal, or similar role—preferably within an in-house legal department.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other departments, such as privacy, information security, and finance to obtain due diligence documents; ensure delivery of important documents and notices.
- Review and prepare legal drafts.
- Perform administrative legal responsibilities.
- Create and update process documents and SOPs.
- Organize and facilitate meetings as necessary (e.g., creating agendas, taking notes and action items, drafting correspondence, and following up to see action items through to completion).
- Handle confidential/sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Work closely with Galileo’s attorneys on Galileo-related meetings, initiatives, and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a financial services or fintech company.
- Working knowledge of legal requirements and best practices related to contracts and commercial transactions.
- Experience creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, including formatting, layout, and messaging for legal or business audiences.
- Proficiency with Legal Tracker and LexisNexis.
