Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM, with a strong track record of executing successful marketing programs, including events, direct mail, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua).
  • Decisive, agile, and iterative; able to shift seamlessly between strategy and execution.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and corporate marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing plans, event details, and results.
  • Ability to travel for key regional and national marketing events as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Leadership and Customer Success Leadership to design, plan, execute, and measure impactful marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to penetrate and expand within enterprise target accounts.
  • Plan and execute DevRev-hosted events, including executive roundtables, workshops, and user meetups, to drive customer expansion and uncover new opportunities.
  • Manage DevRev’s participation in third-party conferences, industry events, and executive dinners, ensuring strong follow-up and measurable ROI.
  • Partner with creative teams and external vendors to design and implement high-impact direct mail and ABM programs that generate pipeline.
  • Utilize contact acquisition tools and database marketing strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  • Own and manage a quarterly marketing budget.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with other Field Marketing Managers and cross functional teams to drive program efficiencies and innovation.
  • Leverage systems and tools to analyze pipeline performance and optimize marketing efforts.
