Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course, or willing to complete within first 30 days
  • Proven senior-level leadership experience, ideally in a multi-state healthcare or behavioral health organization
  • Extensive experience in clinical mentorship, workforce development, and leadership training
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to drive transformation and consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Recognized subject matter expertise in clinical development, with a deep understanding of behavior analysis and professional competency-building
  • Demonstrated success in unifying development initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring both scalability and local adaptability
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with HR, clinical leaders, and operational teams to build a seamless professional development ecosystem
  • Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a structured career pathway framework to support clinical team members’ development from entry-level Behavior Technician roles to senior clinical leadership positions
  • Establish clear, measurable competencies and skillsets for success at each career stage
  • Unify the development continuum across our multistate organization, ensuring consistency while adapting to regional needs
  • Align clinical mentorship initiatives with Centria’s strategic priorities, reinforcing evidence-based practices, leadership excellence, and team member engagement
  • Oversee the successful execution of the career pathway framework, ensuring natural progression and accelerated development in key areas
  • Drive adoption of the framework by engaging clinical subject matter experts, operational leaders, HR, and training teams
  • Foster an integrated and collaborative approach across departments, ensuring alignment between professional development initiatives and company goals
  • Identify and address challenges in clinical workforce development, including retention and growth of high-potential team members
  • Serve as a visionary leader in clinical staff development, promoting best practices in mentorship and competency-building
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and future leaders in enhancing both their clinical and professional skillsets
  • Ensure mentorship programs focus on developing highly competent, ethical, and productive Clinicians
  • Develop a first-in-class practicum program that best prepares candidates to become highly effective Supervising Clinicians and leaders within our assent driven model of care
  • Design retention strategies that enhance job satisfaction, career growth, and leadership opportunities for clinical team members
  • Develop customized learning paths and resources tailored to varying experience levels
  • Collaborate with HR and talent development teams to integrate leadership training into the career pathway framework
  • Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws
  • Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct
  • Leading and maintaining team members by interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training team members
  • Ensuring the daily functions of the department are completed by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high performing team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements
  • Maintaining regular contact with team members regarding performance, expectation setting, and coaching on policies and procedures related to their responsibilities, including but not limited to attendance, professionalism, etc.
  • Assigning and managing team members’ caseload and work assignments
  • Evaluating the performance of team members, initiating disciplinary measures up to and including termination, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary action forms
  • Approving Paid Time Off and Leave of Absence requests
  • Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each team member understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
