Responsibilities
- Coordination with central resources based in Germany on scope definition, master data, execution and qualification strategies for new initiatives.
- Own Material Quality Improvement process within POC.
- Deliver PR recovery projects on Making and/or packing lines with projects.
- Develop and Execute BCP(s) or NSS projects for POC materials, as well as leading or supporting events for Initiatives.
- Focus on BCP and Cost Savings projects, and reapplying existing packaging concepts for global and regional projects in close collaboration with respective regional partners, mainly in North America.
- Full qualification of components, materials, and/or packages on site.
- Identifying and introducing Quality and Process improvements.
- External engagement to suppliers of materials, processes and equipment.
- Development, optimization and qualification of packaging concepts in close relationship to R&D, PackDev, Franchise Packaging, Marketing, Purchasing, and regional project management.

- Continuous technical skills development and continuity are desired in this role.
