Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, demonstrating a successful history of engaging with senior management.
  • Adaptable to dynamic environments where each day presents new challenges.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, excelling in fast-paced settings that involve handling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficient in clear verbal and written communication, particularly skilled in coordinating between different departments.
  • Committed to meeting the needs and expectations of the CEO and senior executives, maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Dedicated to operational excellence, consistently delivering high-level performance and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling, calendars, and appointments for professional commitments.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects from the CEO, moving them forward with little oversight and collaborating with internal teams when needed.
  • Work closely with the other executive EA to partner with department heads on high-priority initiatives and support internal alignment across teams.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and strong decision-making.
  • Serve as our office operations guru, making sure supplies are stocked and everything runs like clockwork in tandem with the other executive EA.

  • Interest in fashion and retail, with a desire to learn and grow into an account manager or brand partnerships role.
