Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Hands-on assembly and testing skills
- Ability to assemble mechanical and electronic components using tools (including torque wrenches)
- Experience with production tracking software
- Ability to execute basic test scripts and bash commands on hardware systems
- Strong communication skills for documenting and communicating test results clearly and accurately
- Collaborative skills to work with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components using tools (including torque wrenches) following detailed procedures
- Apply staking materials for stability
- Use production tracking software to track builds and workflow
- Execute basic test scripts and bash commands on hardware systems
- Record, document, and communicate test results clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve assembly or test issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Soldering experience (training provided)
- Basic understanding of electronic debugging or electrical engineering concepts
- Prior experience in hardware production environments (aerospace, medical, RF, or similar)
