Industrial Security Manager – Level 2

Current Active Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Access or an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval within a reasonable period of time
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of two years of management, supervisor, or other demonstrated leadership experience
Must have in-depth knowledge and familiarity with the CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); DoD Manuals, and other related security requirements
Current Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope (FS) Polygraph. Must agree in writing by way of a Polygraph Consent Form, to take and successfully pass a CI Polygraph examination.

Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations
Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
Prepare manuals outlining regulations, establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and grants personnel and visitors access to restricted documents and materials
Develop and implement security education program
Oversee internal security audits
Investigate security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken
Provide direction to security team members to assist with executing their statement of work
Assist with team members’ professional development and growth
Lead a team of security professionals to consistently apply the leadership characteristics expected of all employees within the organization
Ensure employee engagement across the team
Collaborate across teams within the organization
Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development/mentoring to professionals at all levels
Develop and implement security policy and standards across the program
Ensure all program performance objectives, as well as key milestones and deliverables, are met
Manage program security compliance and operations across multiple functions- to include Program Industrial Security, Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties, Information or Cyber Security, COMSEC, Physical Security, Personnel Security
Other duties as assigned
