Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Taleo) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual, phone, and onsite) across multiple time zones for talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, initiating background checks, and managing new hire documentation.
  • Conduct screening and sourcing support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow.
  • Provide translation support for candidate communication materials, job postings, and onboarding documents when needed.
  • Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting initiatives as assigned.
  • Partner to improve and optimize operational effectiveness with TA processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve TA processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications
