Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a CX role (e.g., CSM, Support, Technical AM)
- 5–7 years of enablement experience supporting customer-facing teams
- Strong program management skills
- Comfortable facilitating training and leading cross-functional discussions
- Familiarity with enablement tools like WorkRamp, Highspot, or equivalent
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve CX enablement programs across onboarding, upskilling, and process rollout
- Align enablement efforts with business goals by partnering with CX leadership
- Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions that drive real-world skills application
- Standardize enablement resources for global reuse and consistency
- Lead reporting to measure enablement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Product and Ops on rollout readiness, tooling, and process feedback loops
- Manage and improve enablement platforms including WorkRamp, Highspot, and Gong
