Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in an Engineering field as a Sophomore or higher
- Must be able to work from Novi, MI from mid-May to mid-August 2025
- Strong interest in electric vehicles, automotive engineering, and sustainable transportation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of engineering processes
- Develop and refine methods and tools to improve productivity and product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges regarding engineering processes, methods and tools
- Document and report findings and progress to the engineering team
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools is preferred
