Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with DoD FMS logistics or acquisition
- Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products, performance-based logistics, configuration management, government-furnished material management, and FMS policies and processes
- Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales management and financial systems, including DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, and CEPT
- Knowledge of DoD procedures and programs associated with FMS cases, as specified in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), including FMS case Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) and the processes for LOA, modification, and amendment development
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects
- Create Letters of Offer and Acceptance, Modifications, Amendments, status presentations, etc.
- Make recommendations for improvement to program leadership
- Support Lifecycle Logistics elements and products by maintaining ship configuration data, technical documentation, material staging, material packaging handling storage and transportation (PHS&T)
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Basic or Intermediate Certification in SC Planning, Oversight, and Execution Management, SC Case Life Cycle Management, SC Execution Support Management, or SC Acquisition Management
