Requirements
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5+ years’ prior facilities management experience, construction project management, construction supervision, preferably in a complex retail/commercial/hospitality/food and beverage setting
- Two years of supervisory experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day facilities operations of the property and affiliated business units
- Manage budgeting (operational and capital) and expense control
- Oversee preventative maintenance program management
- Manage all building components (including HVAC, plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, and electrical systems)
- Maintain the aesthetic of the center and maximize customer experience
- Provide leadership, supervision, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to a team of maintenance mechanics
- Develop, implement, and monitor a Preventative Maintenance Program
- Utilize facilities operational platforms to manage operations of the center
- Attend recurring action/asset meetings
- Manage and oversee on-site equipment or asset inventory
- Oversee Project Management, Financials, Third Party Vendor Management, Sustainability, Safety Compliance and Central Plant management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Designations from BOMA-Institute, Institute for Facilities Management (IFM), Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) preferred
