Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Proven experience in managing large design projects, preferably in a leadership role
• A minimum of 10+ years of related experience
• Strong understanding of design principles and industry-specific needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PMI, etc.) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences, ensuring their vision is accurately translated into the project
• Oversee the design process, providing guidance and feedback to the design team to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions to mitigate them
• Conduct regular project meetings and keep all stakeholders informed about project progress and any changes
• Manage project resources, including team members, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective project execution
• Review and approve final design deliverables, ensuring they meet client needs and industry standards
• Maintain detailed project documentation for reference and reporting purposes
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and financial constraints
