Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Some experience or familiarity with agile development practices and product backlog management.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills with a capability for problem-solving, preferably with some knowledge of business process and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in transforming use cases, business requirements and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development.
  • Support the analysis of current workflows, ways of working and product design to identify opportunities for improvement that align with business objectives.
  • Help build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the PO and Development team.
  • Participate in product testing. Collaborate with the UAT teams to facilitate end user testing.
  • Assist with release activities to ensure end user readiness including creating and maintaining product documentation and resources.
  • Provide production support to end users, use data to monitor product stability and identify areas of improvement to drive enhanced user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to CRM or service management platforms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Human Capital Management, Human Resources, or experience in Financial Services is a plus.
