Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Implement updates to the US Compliance Regulatory Change policy and associated procedures and job aids.
  • Collects US regulatory change information and coordinate responses to Global Regulatory Compliance
  • Monitor US adherence to Global Regulatory Change Standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks of USCRCO key process steps prior to closure
  • Tracking US Compliance Enforcement Actions.
  • Managing audit and regulatory exams for Regulatory Change.
  • Manage governance meetings with regulatory change Leads throughout the Bank.
  • Provide routine and ad hoc regulatory change and inventory reporting (inclusive of metrics)
  • Manage the US Compliance monthly Issue monitoring report

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory environment, enterprise governance framework, products and services, policies, standards, systems, reporting and training requirements
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends, including regulatory expectations and standards for effective compliance management systems
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations
  • Ability to research, interpret and summarize relevant regulatory expectations, laws, regulations and impacts to Compliance Program elements
  • Knowledge of US consumer banking laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with US banking agencies reporting environment
  • Experience assembling data or material from an audit or exam for regulators
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Skill in using advanced analytical software tools, data analysis methods and specialized reporting techniques
  • Experience with Tableau a plus
  • Experience with Archer Integrated Risk Management software a plus
  • CRCM certification a plus
