Requirements

Responsibilities
- Implement updates to the US Compliance Regulatory Change policy and associated procedures and job aids.
- Collects US regulatory change information and coordinate responses to Global Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor US adherence to Global Regulatory Change Standards.
- Conduct quality control checks of USCRCO key process steps prior to closure
- Tracking US Compliance Enforcement Actions.
- Managing audit and regulatory exams for Regulatory Change.
- Manage governance meetings with regulatory change Leads throughout the Bank.
- Provide routine and ad hoc regulatory change and inventory reporting (inclusive of metrics)
- Manage the US Compliance monthly Issue monitoring report
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory environment, enterprise governance framework, products and services, policies, standards, systems, reporting and training requirements
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends, including regulatory expectations and standards for effective compliance management systems
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations
- Ability to research, interpret and summarize relevant regulatory expectations, laws, regulations and impacts to Compliance Program elements
- Knowledge of US consumer banking laws and regulations
- Familiarity with US banking agencies reporting environment
- Experience assembling data or material from an audit or exam for regulators
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written communication skills
- Skill in using advanced analytical software tools, data analysis methods and specialized reporting techniques
- Experience with Tableau a plus
- Experience with Archer Integrated Risk Management software a plus
- CRCM certification a plus
