Business Performance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance management, business analytics, or strategic operations—ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
Strong understanding of operational drivers
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and influence senior leadership

Evaluate and streamline processes across practice areas to support functions that increase productivity and efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance across departments
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans
Prepare reports and strategic insights for leadership meetings
Support the firm’s planning processes, including goal setting, performance tracking and progress reporting
