Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS prospecting and sales
- 3+ years of experience selling to the DoD and Federal System Integrators, especially US Air Force (USAF) and/or US Space Force (USSF)
- Experience selling to technologists/engineering and leadership
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, developer tools, platform engineering, CI/CD, and the SDLC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a penchant for giving exceptional presentations
- Experience working at both startup and large enterprise companies and/or the DoD
- Self-driven with consistent success in outbound prospecting, especially for enterprise companies
- Ability to partner well with Sales Engineers and enjoy team collaboration
- Track record of exceeding performance objectives such as revenue targets, pipeline targets, and outbound activity
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where people are passionate about their work and embrace each other’s quirkiness
Responsibilities
- Increase the number of enterprise customers in the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal System Integrators, targeting enterprise-sized organizations that have extensive engineering orgs
- Communicate what Coder does, how we are different, and what our business values are through demos and slides and excellent communication and follow-through
- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities based on inbound leads and outbound hunting skills
- Work with technical peers to deliver an exceptional experience to prospective customers
- Establish relationships with key technical staff and decision-makers
- Travel as needed to prospects and customers and marketing events to represent Coder
