Requirements
- 5+ years of stock administration experience with knowledgeable private equity.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred.
- Team and action-oriented individual who is also proficient at working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and quality of work.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with the Fidelity PSW equity platform
- Experience with Workday HRIS Platform is a plus.
- Must be proficient in both Microsoft Excel (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables, etc.), Word, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Must be flexible as the position requires collaborating with global teams, or special projects within in their time zones.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and timely assist with the daily administration of the company’s stock plans globally, including processing daily employee stock option exercises, equity award releases, ESPP, and related Payroll reporting.
- Maintain the company’s equity plan data using the Fidelity Platform.
- Monitor the automated interface between HR and Payroll tax data and the Fidelity PSW database, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to employee inquiries on various issues related to equity awards, including trading restrictions, insider status, and exercise and sale procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance of documentation for plan administration and department procedures.
- Assist internal and external audit processes, including quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and maintaining SOX/internal controls.
- Input and maintain employee’s equity data, grant records, and vesting schedules, ensuring complete and data accuracy.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to deliver excellent employee stock plan experience.
- Manage the Equity team email box.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred.
- Experience with Workday HRIS Platform is a plus.
