Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Project Manager
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Model Strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of Requirements Analysis
- Minimum of 5 years of Agile Scrum Project Management
- Must have experience in Banking and Car payment
- Must have FIS and FISERV application knowledge
- 3 years hands on experience/Certification in Azure DevOps Board
- High School/GED
- Ability to work EST or CST hours
Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients to discuss specifications for highly complex and/or highly visible projects, working with clients and vendors to determine project options, and facilitating meetings with key client personnel as needed.
- Completing Gap Analysis, as needed, to define system setup requirements.
- Providing consulting and guidance to clients on the best approach to meet their business requirements for assigned implementations.
- Understanding client business requirements and communicating between technical groups at client and vendor locations, and data mapping technical files between systems.
- Working with client staff and vendors to execute the project plan, ensuring technical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Identifying and reporting outstanding issues to the assigned project manager and assisting with issue resolution.
- Ensuring quality in the implementation process and communicating technical aspects and requirements of implementations with third-party vendors and internal Project Support Team.
- Validating system parameters and conducting testing; modifying program parameters when necessary.
- Providing technical support to clients during the design, development, and implementation phases of the project.
- Providing extended hour post-implementation support for projects and occasional on-site support as needed.
- Following change control and appropriate change management processes and helping ensure less tenured Business Analyst-Project Consultants understand and follow these processes.
- Developing working relationships with clients and internal business partners/project team members to effectively communicate and successfully deliver complex project implementations.
- Assisting with identifying improvements to the defined processes within the department.
