Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, and a minimum of 10 years related experience in semiconductor operations, manufacturing, engineering, and/or program management
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership team or functional management experience in the Semiconductor industry
- At least 6 years of experience interacting with, shaping, presenting to, and delivering to US Government customers
- Proven skills/experience building high performing cross-functional teams and culture to achieve operational excellence and meet the expectations of internal customers/stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task when there are competing demands on you and the team
- Ability to formulate, communicate and execute complex project plans and initiatives
- Comfortable reviewing, analyzing, manipulating, and forming conclusions from complex datasets
- Proven skills/experience building and supporting high-performing cross-functional teams and cultures to achieve operational excellence and meet the expectations of internal/external customers/stakeholders
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Significant expertise with multiple Semiconductor Wafer process and characterization technologies
- Significant experience with Manufacturing excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, shop floor employees, and support function employees
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Advanced Knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Commitment to inclusive and positive employee relations, ethics, and compliance
- Currently holding a Top Secret (TS) with SCI clearance
- US Citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Maintaining both internal and external Customers relationships on behalf of the ATL Foundry, in a highly collaborative manner grounded in Northrop Grumman values.
- Leading and directing (or co-leading/directing) cross-functional teams to meet program quality, schedule and technical performance objectives, and cost and volume, as well as foundry maturation and growth. Creation or co-creation of such plans and roadmaps.
- Measuring and reporting program performance, both to ATL Leadership and internal/external Customers
- Identification, distribution, tracking, and completion of program requirements
- Preparation of charts and briefings on status/progress and processes; delivering presentations to customers, executive management, other Programs stakeholders, and ATL.
- Participating in internal Program Management Reviews, Headcount Reviews, and Financial Forecast reviews.
- Identifying, allocating, and (co-)managing program-assigned resources, including workforce planning and WLF linking ATL and MDA programs
- Ensuring program teams understand and adhere to contract scope and manage change through ATL’s control board (CCB) activities
- Conducting thorough risk & opportunity (R&O) management practices, including identification, mitigation, and realization of mitigation plans and providing visibility to leadership
- Development and adherence to master plans (IMS, IMP, etc) and schedules
- Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards
- Provide Functional Management to direct reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 12 years of relevant experience, including prior experience with semiconductor equipment or process engineering, working at a semiconductor equipment vendor, device fabrication, and/or test/assembly facilities
- Successfully led complex initiatives within the semiconductor industry, including medium/high volume efforts
- Master’s degree or higher in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Chemistry
