Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and/or people operations
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition and people strategies
- Experience driving and scaling People Ops across organizations, e.g. talent development, employee engagement, performance, and HR processes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for fostering a positive work environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent and enable Cambio to scale
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, across our teams
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to find candidates for our team when necessary for specific searches
- Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and practices that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention
- Design and implement programs that foster career development, leadership growth, and continuous learning across the organization
- Use recruitment and HR metrics to optimize team operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in and scaling high-growth startup organizations is highly preferred
