Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology integration strategies aligned with overall M&A goals
- Conduct thorough technical due diligence assessments of target companies, identifying potential synergies, risks, and integration challenges
- Develop comprehensive technology integration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and lead high-performing technology project integration teams, fostering collaboration and cross-functional partnerships
- Evaluate and assess the compatibility of technology systems, platforms, and data infrastructures of merging companies
- Oversee the planning and execution of data migration, consolidation, and harmonization efforts
- Manage change effectively within the organization, communicating the impact of technology integration and providing necessary training and support
- Identify opportunities to optimize technology costs and achieve synergies through integration
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks throughout the M&A process
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful operation of integrated technology systems
