Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless and professional experience by assisting with cabana arrivals/departures and walk-ins and all other tasks associated with cabana check-ins and check-outs.
- Assist with inventory for ordering of supplies and ensure cabanas are set up prior to opening each day.
- Work closely with VIP services and beverage team to ensure guests are receiving the highest level of service possible.
- Achieve a positive and lasting impression by ensuring correct charges and credits are posted, collecting payments, handling room and credit transactions, and demonstrating responsibility in balancing all transactions using proper cash handling procedures.
- Answer incoming guest, internal and external calls including radio communications, assist with cabana check in and wait lists, prepare and stock cabanas for guests, perform opening and closing duties for cabanas and maintain the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift which includes straightening and stacking of chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, and moving chairs.
