Responsibilities
- Own calendars for the founders
- Orchestrate travel and meeting logistics
- Help with personal errands
- Purchase supplies
- Coordinate events and off-sites
- Partner closely with the Operations Manager to keep the office running smoothly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives in a venture-backed startup
- Comfort negotiating with vendors and managing complex calendars across time zones
- Demonstrated success planning multi-day off-sites or customer events
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Brex, Airtable)
