Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or partner management—preferably in the tech sector.
- Deep familiarity with leading tech company ecosystems, tools, and partner programs.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complex organizations and align incentives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow strategic partnerships across product, marketing, and sales initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Identify and execute joint business opportunities, including co-selling, bundling, or platform integrations.
- Drives new Strategic Innovation partnerships in identified areas of growth. Includes identification of partners, managing partner due diligence (technical, risk, financial), business case development and financial modeling and the negotiation of commercial and investment terms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver on partnership integrations.
- Drive awareness through joint marketing campaigns and events.
- Generates growth revenue at desirable margins from partnerships. Ensures internal resources are aligned to complete the required technical and business integration. Works with business and Corporate Marketing to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy.
- Track partner performance, create reports, and optimize partnership ROI.
- Monitor changes in partner strategies and communicate potential impacts to internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA is a plus.
