Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Expertise with Customer Service concepts and best practices
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate a collaborative interaction with peers to reach common goals
- Make decisions using available resources and data
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in data entry and order maintenance

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely manner
- Provide limited product technical support as needed
- Enter customer orders into ERP System
- Confirm customer product specification/revisions are accurate in ERP system
- Provide customer with Order Acknowledgements and Proforma Invoices as needed
- Follow-up on past due orders by working with the Production Planning team
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely order preparation to meet requested ship dates
- Communicate with Shipping department regarding customer contact and shipping instructions
- Coordinate customer return goods activity per internal procedures
- Initiate customer complaints into HRC complaint handling system, including acknowledgement back to customer
