Requirements

  • Strong PowerPoint Presentation skills with an Executive Presence
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related HR function, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Proven experience managing and executing talent programs, including leadership development and succession planning.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with HR and business leaders.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive talent decisions and measure program impact.
  • Strong facilitation skills for talent reviews, leadership development sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Hands-on approach with a balance of strategic thinking and execution to drive talent initiatives.
  • Experience working with HR technologies related to talent management (e.g., talent marketplaces, learning platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute talent management initiatives, including leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to implement talent strategies that align with NCR Voyix’s business goals.
  • Manage and optimize talent processes, tools, and frameworks, ensuring they are effective, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions, providing insights and recommendations for talent development.
  • Oversee the execution of leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with NCR Voyix’s leadership framework.
  • Partner with vendors and external partners to support talent development programs and initiatives.
  • Use data and analytics to track program effectiveness, measure impact, and provide insights on talent trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing guidance on talent strategies and leadership development.
  • Foster relationships across NCR Voyix, role-modeling the company’s values, integrity, and commitment to employee development.
