Requirements
- Licensed or eligible to become licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma
- Minimum of two years of experience in the practice of law or completed a minimum one-year judicial clerkship
- Agreement to complete and satisfactorily pass a background investigation
Responsibilities
- Prosecute asset forfeiture actions
- Implement and execute processes necessary to achieve goals of reducing crime through seizure and forfeiture of property involved in criminal activity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a civil litigator or criminal prosecutor preferred
