Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry
- 5 years of experience supporting the Space market
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in customer engagement strategy, position to win, price-to-win, and competitive analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a US citizen
Responsibilities
- Market the space strategic product portfolio and capabilities
- Develop knowledge of inertial products that support Space Applications
- Development and assessment of new opportunities for space navigation systems
- Development and maturation of contact plans
- Promote expansion and growth within and among the DoD Services and Prime Contractors
- Develop strategic proposal win themes, and support capture teams
- Develop and implement win strategies
- Support the business unit and profit & loss (P&L) leaders to achieve near-term and long-term growth targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters of Science or MBA Degree and 10 years experience in space navigation domains
- Experience in business development with knowledge of the acquisition process
- Proven track record on both competitive and non-competitive product growth activities
- Existing relationships with Government agencies / Commercial companies in the space inertial domain
- Knowledge of SalesForce application
- Working technical knowledge of inertial sensors, navigation technologies, GPS, and space market
- Active Secret Clearance
