Senior Principal Program Cost Control Analyst

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Experience with financial analysis or reporting
Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis
Demonstrated working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and customer reporting
Experience successfully managing and producing data with strict deadlines
Experience with Deltek Cobra Reporting Tool
Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access

Serves as the Lead for Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost Management System (Cobra); Interface with Cost Account Managers and provides monthly cost/schedule data for the program
Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
Support financial management on the program, including forecasting, planning, estimate-at-complete (EAC) maintenance, and program control/Earned Value Management (EVMS)
Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact-finding and negotiation support
Perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual Estimates at Complete (EACs)
Effectively communicating with leadership and customers regarding financial status, metrics and deliverables
