Requirements
- Experience leading successful ML infrastructure/platform teams
- Strong and in-depth understanding of the experience of ML modeling teams
- 8+ years experience in the industry
- 3+ years in engineering management
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency in design and development
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and be hands-on when needed
- Strong track record of coaching engineers to achieve their peak potential
- Experience closing competitive candidates for your team
Responsibilities
- Hire, grow, and manage a high-performing engineering team
- Build tools, systems, and infrastructure that accelerate research deployment velocity
- Set the strategy, build a roadmap, create measurable goals, and lead your team to deliver
- Collaborate closely with a broad set of stakeholders, including research, engineering, product, design, inference
- Ensure projects are on track, your team is utilized effectively, and core engineering needs are continuously addressed
