Requirements

  • Strong foundation in platform product management, API design, and service architecture
  • Experience implementing data governance and canonical data models
  • Technical expertise to collaborate effectively with architecture and engineering teams
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Track record of driving platform adoption across product organizations
  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4+ years in platform product roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to our overall product vision, drive the design of the technical product platform to enable that strategy, and lead execution to bring that design to life
  • Oversee the design, development, and iteration of API products that serve both internal and external consumers
  • Author canonical data models and steward and govern their use, ensuring data consistency across our product estate
  • Manage the product lifecycle for key platform components, services, and shared capabilities
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
  • Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure platform usage, performance, and business impact
  • Create detailed technical requirements that balance business needs with architectural best practices
  • Work with product teams across the organization to increase platform usage and incorporate platform capabilities
  • Manage a team of platform product managers focused on specific domains within the platform ecosystem
  • Engage effectively with engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in wealth management, asset management, or financial services technology preferred
  • Experience leading and developing product managers
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management technology a plus
