Director of Platform Product

Strong foundation in platform product management, API design, and service architecture
Experience implementing data governance and canonical data models
Technical expertise to collaborate effectively with architecture and engineering teams
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Track record of driving platform adoption across product organizations
8+ years of product management experience with at least 4+ years in platform product roles
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

Contribute to our overall product vision, drive the design of the technical product platform to enable that strategy, and lead execution to bring that design to life
Oversee the design, development, and iteration of API products that serve both internal and external consumers
Author canonical data models and steward and govern their use, ensuring data consistency across our product estate
Manage the product lifecycle for key platform components, services, and shared capabilities
Partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure platform usage, performance, and business impact
Create detailed technical requirements that balance business needs with architectural best practices
Work with product teams across the organization to increase platform usage and incorporate platform capabilities
Manage a team of platform product managers focused on specific domains within the platform ecosystem
Engage effectively with engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and executive leadership

Background in wealth management, asset management, or financial services technology preferred
Experience leading and developing product managers
Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in financial services or wealth management technology a plus
