Responsibilities
- Determine identification and allocation of documents, letters and other correspondence and processes materials for use by others.
- Review document contents and select appropriate method for scanning and indexing documents from members and employers.
- Verify and update demographic and financial information (e.g. name, address, bank information, etc.).
- Ensuring the safe handling and processing of private member information and communications
- Research and contribute to retention and destruction policy and execution
- Support meeting the team’s daily objectives in support of excellent member experiences
