Principal Data Scientist

Extensive experience in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis
Deep understanding of data governance and best practices in data management
Proficiency in tools such as Python, MLflow, PL/SQL, and Github
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education with 8+ years of experience developing end-to-end data and machine learning solutions
Excellent communication skills with experience in presenting to technical and non-technical audiences

Hands-on develop, productionize, and operate Machine Learning models and pipelines at scale
Lead the development and implementation of predictive models to optimize business processes and improve product quality
Collaborate with business teams and data scientists, data architects to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning algorithms
Apply techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, optimization methods, etc. to solve complex business problems in IT, supply chain, and design engineering
Perform statistical analysis to validate models and ensure their accuracy and reliability
Clean and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity for model development
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, IT, supply chain and finance, to understand business needs and translate them into machine learning based solutions
