Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years in general management, delivery management, operations leadership, or account management roles
- Experience managing P&L and scaling service delivery models, ideally in complex or regulated industries
- Strong project management, financial modeling, and resource forecasting skills
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management abilities
- Highly analytical, operationally rigorous, and comfortable with high-accountability environments
Responsibilities
- Stand up human-led RCM operations post-contract execution, ensuring operational excellence from day one
- Own account P&L, managing financial health and profitability across the human delivery and AI automation phases
- Forecast and deploy human and AI resources based on evolving delivery needs and automation milestones
- Lead the phased transition from manual workflows to AI-driven processes, optimizing for scalability and margin improvement
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, proactively identifying risks and driving strategic adjustments
- Serve as the operational and strategic lead with customer executives, aligning on milestones, financial goals, and automation roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, platform, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare operations
- Experience managing transitions from human-driven operations to technology-driven automation
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, automation technologies, and/or healthcare tech ecosystems
- Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
