Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Coordinate internal and external communications for marketing and sales teams
- Support the sales team with lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
- Maintain and update sales databases, documents, and records
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
- Manage logistics for marketing events, presentations, and client meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
