Requirements
- Completion of at least three years of college or university with a declared major of Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in your field, such as CAD software, programming languages, or PCB design and layout tools.
Responsibilities
- Utilize CAD software and other tools to support the design, prototyping, and development of products and components relevant to your discipline (e.g., circuits, mechanical systems, software applications).
- Design and coordinate product testing to evaluate performance, quality, and reliability. Perform simulations and analysis as required (e.g., electrical components, mechanical systems, software debugging).
- Create and review designs, schematics, CAD models, or code to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Solidworks (or other 3D CAD tools), Altium (electrical schematic design and layout), C/C++ programming language (Eclipse based IDE tools)
- Knowledge of FEA
- 3D printing experience
- Previous experience working in an office environment
