Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of business experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide range of audiences
- Experience leading projects or initiatives in a complex environment
- Experience in taking complex ideas and relating them in easy-to-understand language
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with a high level of personal integrity and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and who an appropriate level of judgment and maturity
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee the Business Line BSO to ensure continuity of service to the enterprise
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to executive staff on status and value statement of the program
- Train, empower, and encourage BSO’s in accomplishing their role
- Strengthen the organization’s overall security posture by adopting robust security controls with business units
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards, minimizing the risk of legal and financial penalties
- Assist with the development, updating, and adherence to IAM policies and procedures
- Enable secure business operations by embedding security into the development and deployment of new products and services
