Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (marketing, communications, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the development and execution of digital marketing programs including the development of product copy, photography, video, rich media.
- Possess knowledge and experience in traditional marketing as well as can demonstrate experience with content development in digital media.
- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
- Experience working within a team atmosphere as well as independently.
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of ‘Search and Social.’
- Proficiency in software applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and manage digital content (images, video and written).
- Manage the design, creation and analytics of promotions on transitional sites and Social ad campaigns.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a ‘Social’ way while helping to cultivate leads for inside sales.
- Manage efforts in building brand reputation, monitoring and responding to online reviews as appropriate based on star rating.
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers and leverage customer/product testimonials.
- Oversee design elements (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
- Analyze key metrics and adapt strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Assist when needed with item data management work across all of TMLC.
- Become an advocate for the company in ratings and reviews, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Provide input on digital marketing plans and drive execution of this plan.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
- Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
- Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
